📦 Return and refund

At King Performance, we want you to feel safe when you shop with us. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer return and refund in accordance with Norwegian consumer legislation and the terms below.


🔁 Withdrawal

As a private customer, you have 14 days of right of withdrawal from the time you receive the item, in line with the right of withdrawal.

To use the right of withdrawal, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original stand

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Returned within 14 days after you have told you to regret

Important: The right of withdrawal applies Only if the item is in resale stand. We reserve the right to refuse return if the item is used, damaged, lacks packaging or cannot be sold as new.

The right of withdrawal applies not before:

  • Special orders or customized products

  • Products ordered on request or from third -party supplier

  • B2B orders


🔧 Return of goods

Before returning an item, you must contact us at info@kongperformance.no with order number and cause of return. We will then send you return instructions.

Return shipping is covered by the customer, unless the return is due to errors on our part.


💰 Refund

Once we have received and checked the item, refund will be carried out to Same payment method used by purchase.

⏱️ Refund occurs within 7-14 business days After the return is approved.

In case of approved return, we refund:

  • Goods

  • Shipping costs (only if the error lies with us)


🛠️ Complaint

If you receive an item of error or damage, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 2 months.

Send e-mail to info@kongperformance.no And attach pictures and description of the error. We follow the Consumer Purchase Act and assess each case individually with regard to repair, delivery or reimbursement.


❗Important information

  • All returns must be arranged before they are sent back

  • Returns without advance agreement may be rejected

  • Complaint and right of withdrawal only apply to private customers (not B2B)
