The Eventuri BMW G20 B58 intake system is designed to give the turbo a less restrictive airflow while maintaining low ingestion temperatures (IAT). By replacing the original air intake with a completely sealed carbon fiber construction, the heat absorption from the exhaust manifold significantly reduces the heat absorption. The system includes an extra air intake opening from the wheel arch, giving a secondary cold air source and improves the air flow to the engine.

Technical benefits:

• The intake pipe has an internal diameter of 111 mm at the filter end, which gradually decreases to match the turbo's intake, providing a smoother and more efficient airflow compared to the original system.

• The tailor-made air filter is ISO tested for filtration efficiency and has a larger filtration area than the original filter, which ensures optimal performance and protection for the engine.

Advanced technology and design

Eventuri's patented venturi houses provide an aerodynamically effective airflow from the filter to the turbo, and maintains laminar flow to reduce the load on the turbo. The new carbon fiber shields seal the filters from the heat of the engine compartment, while the large front-mounted scoops channel cold air directly into the intake system. The heat shoots, lined with gold heat-reflective material, protect against radiant heat and include integrated air ducts that effectively conduct the airflow to the filters.
