Terms of Use - Kong Performance

1. Generally
This website is run by Kong Performance (org.no 931 758 284 VAT). By using www.kongperformance.no Do you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept the terms, do not use the website or make purchases.

2. Online store and service
Kong Performance sells car -related styling and performance products. The online store is aimed at private individuals, and all purchases are regulated by Norwegian law, including the Right of Repeal Act, the Consumer Purchase Act and the Ecommerce Act.

3. Products and prices
All prices are shown in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT, unless otherwise specified. We make reservations about price changes, typos and storage status. Some products are only suitable for use on a closed track and are labeled as "Race Only".

4. Use and responsibility
You are responsible for checking that products you buy are legal to use on public roads. King Performance disclaims responsibility for incorrect use or violation of local regulations.

5. Order and payment
When ordering you enter into a binding purchase agreement. Payment is via a secure payment solution. All customer information is processed in accordance with GDPR and our privacy statement.

6. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are stated on the product pages. We make reservations about delays outside our control.

7. Right of withdrawal and return
You have 14 days of right of withdrawal when purchasing as a private person. The item must be returned unused, in original packaging and in resale condition. Returns must be arranged in advance. Reimbursement takes place for the same payment method within 7-14 business days after approved return.

8. Complaint
Error or omissions are reported to info@kongperformance.no within a reasonable time. Complaints are treated under the Consumer Purchase Act.

9. Limit of liability
We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect use, unauthorized modifications, or damage that occurs outside our control. Products that are not approved for public use are sold under the buyer's own responsibility.

10. Changes in terms
We reserve the right to update the terms without notice. Changes come into force when publishing. It is your responsibility to keep you up to date.
